Since its launch in 2022, the Global Initiative has empowered learners worldwide by providing access to online global education in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to transform their lives, elevate their communities, and drive global progress.

The program is for everyone and is designed to benefit individual learners as well as organizations and corporations through three tailored pathways:
- Foundational Programs: Accessible to learners with limited time, confidence, or prior exposure to get started and be introduced to core entrepreneurship and business concepts in two highly accessible formats.
- Intermediate Program: Designed for those who want to apply entrepreneurship and leadership concepts more deeply and/or earn undergraduate credit.
- Advanced Program: Aimed at those who are seeking leadership, management, and strategic capabilities and/or want to earn academic credit toward a master’s degree.
